Please answer me frankly: Is that true?

Hello, my dear guide.I need your advise and I do have something worthy sharing with you. I am a chinese, a Han, living in Shaanxi province. When I was in middle school, I was crazy about mongolian chulture. I learned mongol hele and a lot of mongolian folk songs by myself. I have some mongolian friends in huhehot, but somehow, they can't speak their mother tongue any more, or better, just a little.
This summer, one of my mongolian friends, a huhehot citizen kowning almost nothing about mongolian hele, went to ulaanbator for travel. She spoke highly of that beautiful city. I admire and want to visit mongolia oneday too. But I hearded that Han people are not welcomed in mongolia, though my friend speak less mongol hele than I, at least she is mongolian. I heared that Han people who can speak mongol hele in mongolia usually be seen as spys, sometimes even thier safety can't be guaranteed. So I worry if I have to cancel the travel plan. I think you know a lot, have experience, so I trust you and value your opinion. Please answer me frankly: Is that true?
Thanks,
Victoria

fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping.
I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, wonderful blog!
